AVILLA — The Avilla Police Department is seeking information after an incident of public indecency was reported Wednesday evening in Avilla.

According to police, a female victim was walking in the area of East Albion Street and Ley Street at approximately 8:30 p.m. when a white man, age 18-25, wearing a baseball cap, shorts and white T-shirt, opened the door of the black extended cab pickup he was driving and began touching himself inappropriately.
