FORT WAYNE — Sickle cell is a lifelong disease. Sisters Mackenzie Snider, 11, and Paige Snider, 6, both won in their age divisions in the freestyle solo category at the Bluegrass State Clogging Championship Aug. 7 in Morehead, Ky. Mackenzie also was named overall solo champion for girls ages 6 to 18. The girls are the daughters of Steve and Kelly Snider. They also are members of the Ricochet Competitive Clogging Team, which is coached by Annie Wing and is located at Turning Pointe Dance Academy in Waterloo.
