WHITLEY COUNTY — The following individuals were arrested and booked in the Whitley County Jail Aug. 22-Aug. 29:

Brandon X. Moore, 29, of Fort Wayne, was arrested August 22 by the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department, charged with failure to comply.

Matthew A. Case, 34, of Henderson, Nev., was arrested August 23 by the Columbia City Police Department, charged with intimidation and disorderly conduct.

Kalyah E. Jantawi, 22, of Buchanon, Mich., was arrested August 23 by the Indiana State Police, charged with possession of marijuana.

Kim A. Phillips, 59, of Larwill, was arrested August 24 by the Columbia City Police Department, charged with OWI, OWI per se, leaving the scene of a property damage crash and criminal mischief.

Sean R. Washington, 47, of Indianapolis, was arrested August 24 by the Indiana State Police, charged with possession of marijuana.

Kelly M. Jordan, 38, of Columbia City, was arrested August 24 by the Indiana State Police, charged with possession of hypodermic needles.

Richard Barnt III, 53, of Angola, was arrested August 24 by the Churubusco Police Department, charged with habitual traffic violator, OWI second, OWI per se and resisting law enforcement.

Wendy K. Terlosky, 44, of Fort Wayne, was arrested August 24 by the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department, charged with OWI.

Ceandra R. Jackson, 24, of Fort Wayne, was arrested August 24 by the Churubusco Police Department, charged with operating while never licensed.

Jammie D. Pulley, 42, of Fort Wayne, was arrested August 25 by the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department, charged with probation violation.

Dakota R. Frain, 23, of Columbia City, was arrested August 26 by the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department, charged with probation violation,

John A. Whitehead, 49, of Columbia City, was arrested August 26 by the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department, charged with probation violation.

Samantha J. Sheeks, 33, of Rochester, was arrested August 26 by the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department, charged with failure to comply.

Michael J. Whitlow, 45, of Indiana, was arrested August 26 by the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department, charged with theft.

Ashlyn N. Drollinger, 18, of Marion, Ohio, was arrested August 26 by the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department, charged with reckless driving and possession of paraphernalia.

Paul E. Patton, 18, of Columbia City, was arrested August 26 by the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department, charged with residential entry.

Cynthia L. Ferrell, 33, of Fort Wayne, was arrested August 26 by the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department, charged with OWI endangering a person, OWI per se — controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

Tara L. Porter, 60, of Churubusco, was arrested August 27 by the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department, charged with simple battery.

Joseph E. Downs II, 53, of Springboro, Ohio, was arrested August 28 by the Indiana State Police, charged with possession of marijuana.

Lakin L. Hall, 25, of Columbia City, was arrested August 28 by the Columbia City Police Department, charged with possession of paraphernalia and hypodermic needles.

Joshua E. Price, 39, of Fort Wayne, was arrested August 28 by the Columbia City Police Department, charged with possession of paraphernalia and hypodermic needles.

Brooke L. Hays, 21, of Churubusco, was arrested August 28 by the Churubusco Police Department, charged with OWI second.

Troy L. Beeks, 45, of Columbia City, was arrested August 28 by the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department, charged with failure to appear.

Tomiko L. Allen, 47, of Chicago, was arrested August 29 by the Indiana State Police, charged with false informing.

Terrance I. Wyre, 40, of Fort Wayne, was arrested August 29 by the Indiana State Police, charged with OWI, identity deception and operating while never licensed.
