CHURUBUSCO — The annual Busco Block Part and Fine Arts Festival in downtown Churubusco was attended by many Saturday afternoon and evening.

The event featured music from local artist Garry Jones, as well as popular Fort Wayne band, Biff & the Cruisers.

Mark’s Ark provided a place for children to encounter exciting animals, and the Fine Arts Festival had many vendors, both local and regional.

The free event also included giveaways and food from local vendors, such as Otto’s Ice Cream, Old World Fudge, East of Chicago Pizza and Sav-U-Mor.

Several churches and the local Boy Scout troop provided free games and activities for children.

The event is put on annually by the town of Churubusco.
