The following people were arrested and booked in the Whitley County Jail:

Tanner Moyer, 35, of South Whitley, was arrested Oct. 4 by the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department, charged with child molesting, sexual misconduct with a minor and child solicitation.

Gabriel Barnes, 36, of Osceola, was booked Oct. 5 by the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department for a body attachment (civil matter).

Richard Ferguson, 54, of Chicago, was arrested Oct. 6 by the Columbia City Police Department, charged with OWI and OWI per se.

Benjamin Barr, 35, of Columbia City, was arrested Oct. 6 by the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department, charged with simple battery.

Joshua Craig, 42, of Warsaw, was arrested Oct. 6 by the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department, charged with OWI, OWI per se and being an habitual traffic violator.

Garnaud Ntaganda, 32, of Mishawaka, was arrested Oct. 6 by the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department, charged with OWI and OWI per se.

Melissa Finefrock, 35, of Columbia City, was arrested Oct. 7 by the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department, charged with OWI with a passenger under 18 years old.

Andrew Cain, 19, of Fort Wayne, was arrested Oct. 7 by the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department, charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Robert Shroyer, 68, of Columbia City, was arrested Oct. 7 by the Columbia City Police Department, charged with OWI per se.

Linda Debaun, 70, of Fort Wayne, was arrested Oct. 7 by the Columbia City Police Department, charged with OWI per se.

Cody Sanders, 29, of Fort Wayne, was arrested Oct. 8 by the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department, charged with OWI.

Damian Reust, 22, of Columbia City, was arrested Oct. 8 by the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department, charged with criminal mischief.

Jeffrey Forker, 45, of Huntertown, was arrested Oct. 8 by the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department, charged with OWI, OWI per se, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

Mickey Nevil II, 49, of Albion, was arrested Oct. 8 by the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department, charged with OWI and OWI per se.

James Dimmick, 21, of South Whitley, was arrested Oct. 9 by the South Whitley Police Department, charged with his second OWI and OWI per se.
