Cake celebrates Extension retirees

Doug Keenan, left, and Janeie Meyer, longtime employees at the Purdue Extension Noble county office, were honored Nov. 12 for their years of service as they retire. Keenan served as Noble County 4-H educator for 30 years. His last day at the office is Dec. 18. Meyer worked behind the scenes at the office, handling clerical work and recordkeeping. Both were celebrated at Extension’s annual meeting and open house.
