Noble County chapter of DAR installs officers

The Galloway-Prentice Chapter NSDAR held its officer installation at Albion Pizza Depot on June 20. Photo shows Ardean Ebert, right, conducting the ceremony for officers on hand, left to right: Jean Moore, chaplain; Kathy Davies, regent; Doreen Rhodes, historian; and Sara Taylor, secretary. Not pictured are Mary Getts, treasurer; and Deidre Bair, registrar. The next meeting of Galloway-Prentice Chapter NSDAR will be July 13 at 5 p.m. at the Chain O' Lakes Schoolhouse. After the program by Interpretive Naturalist Kaitlyn Sproles, the group will proceed to the Albion Pizza Depot for a meal, followed by the monthly meeting. If you're interested in becoming a member, you're invited to attend the July 13 meeting.
