BRUSHY PRAIRIE — The 24th annual Steuben County Antique Power Association tractor show will take place Friday and Saturday at the Prairie Heights High School farm, 395 S. C.R. 1150E, LaGrange.

Steve Shank, a member of the association that has helped organize the event, said the featured machinery this year will include Cockshutt, Ford and Blackhawk tractors as well as Pennsylvania-built engines.

Like in years past, a tractor drive will take place Friday with line-up at 9:30 a.m. The antique saw mill will be up and running both days.

A hog roast will start at 6 p.m. Friday.

Saturday will see antique tractor pulls, with weigh-in starting at 8 a.m. Immediately following the antique pulls will be the Elkhart County Garden Tractor Pull.

A children’s tractor pull will also happen Saturday, starting at 1 p.m.

All made possible by contributions and donors, Shank said it’s an event that couldn’t happen without continued support the group is grateful for.

The Prairie Heights High School FFA will be selling ice cream and the Boy Scouts will host a pancake and sausage breakfast on Saturday morning.
