The weather was supposed to be stormy, but it turned out sunny, warm and a bit windy for the Indiana Seaplane Pilots Association Seaplane Splashin at Pokagon State Park, Lake James, on Sunday. There was a fairly sizable crowd and numerous boaters on the lake, but the weather kept down the number of planes, about 10 of an expected 30. There even was a special visit by a Cessna 208, which can carry about a dozen passengers; most of the planes that make the annual event carry 2-4 passengers.

Was definitely windy but even after removing the canopy top, Lake James Association was selling our logo wear. This is always a great event.
