Keeping warm

“Olive” the owl at Carnegie Public Library of Steuben County is keeping warm with a scarf this winter. The chainsaw carving was done years ago by none other than Scott Lepley of Fremont. “Olive,” by the way, is named for “Olive Kitteridge,” an HBO mini series.
