GARRETT — The Churubusco track teams beat Garrett last Tuesday.

The Eagle boys won 82.5-49.5, and the girls won 80-51.

On the girls side, Emma Kioski set the school record in the 100-meter dash with a time of 12.6. She also won the 200 in 26.85.

Nataley Armstrong won the 400 in 1:06.1, and Madilyn Malcolm won the 3,200 in 13:23.

For the boys, Austin Leech won the 100 in 11.28 and the 200 in 23.8.

Kaleb Krontz won the 300 hurdles in 45.5, Connor Kissinger won the 400 in 53.9 and Trevor Armstrong won the 3,200 in 11:15.

Central Noble Boys Invite

The Railroader boys were fifth in the Central Noble Invitational Friday night.

Garrett scored 66.75 points, and the Blazers ended up with 54.

West Noble won the invite with 137 points.

Garrett’s Austin Leech came in second in the 100-meter dash at 11.3.

Armstrong came in seventh in the mile. He finished sixth in the 3,200.

Krontz finished second in the 300 hurdles at 44.1 for the Railroaders. He finished in fourth in the 110 hurdles.

Garrett finished in second in the 4x100 relay.

Gavin Leverenz of Garrett finished in fourth in the discus at 124 feet, five inches. His teammate Kraig Smith finished second in the long jump at 19-5.25.

New Haven Girls Relays

The Railroaders finished in sixth place at the New Haven Relays on Friday night.

Jordan Baer finished sixth in the 100-meter hurdles at 18.88, and teammate Libby Detcher came in seventh.

Kioski came in third in the 100 at 13.72, ahead of fellow Railroader Jada Moore in fourth in 13.98. Kioski finished seventh in the 200. Moore finished third in the long jump.

Armstrong finished in third in the 400 in 1:04.73, and Valencia Placencia came in eighth in the 800 at 2:43.15.

Sadie Best finished sixth in the discus at 94-8, and she finished ninth in the shot put. Ella Baver finished in fifth in the pole vault at 7-6, followed by Lexi Baver in seventh at 7-0.

Garrett finished second in the 4x100 relay at 52.60 and fifth in the 4x400.
