KENDALLVILLE — Josh Treesh has resigned as head coach of the East Noble boys basketball program, it was announced on Friday.
“Coach Treesh has made tremendous contributions to East Noble High School for many years as a student, athlete, teacher, and coach,” stated East Noble activities director Rief Gilg. “He has affected countless lives and we thank him for these contributions and wish him well in the future.”
Treesh took over for Marty Beasley, who had served as head coach for three seasons at East Noble.
Treesh guided the Knights for one season. The squad endured one of the toughest seasons in school history, finishing with a 2-21 record. The Knights took their lone victories against Lakeland and Churubusco.
The team suffered trouble scoring and fell in its final 12 games of the season.
