GARRETT — The Auburn Moose Family Center is hosting a golf outing to benefit Northeastern Indiana CASA, a nonprofit aimed at providing a voice for powerless children involved in judicial proceedings, advocating for their best interests and striving to improve their circumstances and quality of life.

The event is slated for Sunday, July 21, at the Garrett Country Club with an 8 a.m. shotgun start. The cost to play is $60 per person, with proceeds benefiting CASA. In addition, the event will feature a silent auction, lunch and prizes at the Auburn Moose Family Center following golf.

Last year’s benefit attracted 16 teams and raised $7,000 for the nonprofit.

For golfers who want to participate in the outing, registration details may be found online at: or at:

Information about the event may be requested at or by calling tournament chairman Scott Pepple at 925-9868.
