AUBURN — Nine people were sentenced for criminal offenses by Judge Kevin Wallace during hearings Monday in DeKalb Superior Court I.

Bryson Greer of the 1600 block of C.R. 8, Ashley, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, with credit for 91 days he served while the case was pending, for residential entry, a Level 6 felony. He was fined $1.

Samuel Jacquay of the 2500 block of Vance Avenue, Fort Wayne, was sentenced to one year of incarceration, all suspended except 60 days, for operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration of at least 0.15 grams, a Class A misdemeanor. The sentence may be served on community corrections. He was placed on probation through June 10, 2020, and was fined $100. His driving license was suspended for one year.

Frederick W. Stenner of the 600 block of North Van Buren Street, Auburn, received a 180-day suspended sentence for public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor, and a 60-day suspended sentence for refusal to identify self, a Class C misdemeanor. The sentences will be served at the same tine. He received up to one year of probation and was fined $100.

Clifford G. Babbitt II of the 5300 block of C.R. 43, Auburn, received a one-year suspended sentence and one year of probation for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. He was fined $100, and his driving license was suspended for one year.

Jeremiah Disbrow of the 400 block of Liberty Street, Gables, Michigan, received a one-year suspended sentence and one year of probation for dealing marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor. He was fined $75.

Heather Disbrow of the 400 block of Liberty Street, Gables, Michigan, received a 180-day suspended sentence and 180 days of probation for dealing marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor. She was fined $75.

Brett A. Eubank of the 10000 block of Bethel Road, Fort Wayne, was fined $25 for operating a vehicle never having a license, a Class C misdemeanor.

Bryan C. Hughes of the 3900 block of C.R. 40-A, Auburn, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, with credit for 43 days he served while the case was pending, for intimidation, a Level 6 felony. He was fined $1.

Charles R. Castner of the 300 block of East Stocker Street, Angola, was sentenced to 96 hours in jail and fined $75 for driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor.
