Officers arrest 21

AUBURN — Local police officers arrested 21 people between June 3 and Sunday, according to DeKalb County Jail records.

Joshua Milliman, 43, of the 2300 block of Northway Drive, Fort Wayne, was arrested June 3 at 8:54 a.m. by the Auburn Police Department on charges of possession of methmphetamine, a Level 6 felony, and possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor.

Manis Huff, 47, of the 1000 block of North Randolph Street, Garrett, was arrested June 3 at 11:35 a.m. by the Garrett Police Department on a warrant charging him with driving as a habitual traffic violator, a Level 6 felony, and a new charge of possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor.

Tara Barrington, 39, of the 400 block of South Broadway, Butler, was arrested June 4 at 10:15 a.m. by the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant alleging contempt of court.

Matthew Sokolowski, 24, of the 1600 block of South 16th Street, Goshen, was arrested June 4 at 2:17 p.m. by the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant alleging a probation violation.

Dustin Keener, 28, of Paddys Run Road, Braxton, West Virginia, was arrested June 5 at 1:11 a.m. by the Auburn Police Department on a charge of illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage, a Class C misdemeanor.

Ashlyn Conrad, 18, of the 800 block of Griswold Court, Auburn, was arrested June 5 at 1:12 a.m. by the Auburn Police Department on a charge of illegal possession, consumption or transportation of alcohol by a minor, a Class C misdemeanor.

Michael Johnson, 18, of the 1000 block of West King Street, Garrett, was arrested June 5 at 1:16 a.m. by the Auburn Police Department on a charge of illegal possession, consumption or transportation of alcohol by a minor, a Class C misdemeanor.

Larry Taylor, 36, of the 9900 block of Camping Lane, Fort Wayne, was incarcerated June 5 at 10:35 a.m. on a DeKalb County warrant charging him with kidnapping Level 6 felony

Dustin Williford, 26, of the 1300 block of South Main Street, Auburn, was arrested June 5 at 1:44 p.m. by the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant alleging failure to appear.

Cody Gibson, 32, of the 4800 block of Schmucker Drive, Fort Wayne, was arrested Thursday at 10:26 a.m. by the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Department on a DeKalb County warrant charging him with child molesting, a Level 1 felony.

Timothy Hilker, 22, of the 3400 block of Trier Road, Fort Wayne, was arrested Thursday at 10:26 a.m. by the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Department on a DeKalb County warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor.

Justin Wiekel, 38, of the 5400 block of South C.R. 1100E, LaOtto, was arrested Thursday at 12:27 p.m. by the Garrett Police Department on charges of possession of a controlled substance, a Level 6 felony; possession or use of legend drug or precursor, a Level 6 felony; and possession of marijuana, hash oil, hashish, or salvia, a Class A misdemeanor.

Chad Cearbaugh, 44, of the 100 block of South Main Street, Auburn, was arrested Saturday at 1:40 a.m. by the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant alleging contempt of court.

Erika Rose, 36, of the 300 block of West Sixteenth Street, Auburn, was arrested Saturday at 3:37 a.m. by the Auburn Police Department on charges of resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor, and public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor.

Jeffrey Sutton, 30, of the 700 block of Griswold Court, Auburn, was arrested Saturday at 3:37 a.m. by the Garrett Police Department on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated as a Class A and Class C misdemeanor; resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor; possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor; and possession of marijuana, hash oil, hashish, or salvia, a Class B misdemeanor.

Ethan Brand, 18, of the 300 block of Iwo Street, Auburn, was arrested Saturday at 6:55 a.m. by the Auburn Police Department on charges of Illegal possession, consumption or transportation of alcohol by a minor, a Class C misdemeanor; operating a vehicle while intoxicated as a Class A and Class C misdemeanor; and leaving the scene of an accident, a Class B misdemeanor.

Narvell Hunt, 67, of the 1100 block of West 20th Street, Lorain, Ohio, was arrested Saturday at 5:02 p.m. by the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of possession of marijuana, hash oil, hashish, or salvia, a Class B misdemeanor.

Justin Schlatter, 34, of the 500 block of Washington Street, St. Joe, was arrested Saturday at 8:15 p.m. by the Auburn Police Department on charges of possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony; possession of marijuana, hash oil, hashish, or salvia, a Class B misdemeanor; and possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor.

Matthew Johnson, 49, of the 800 block of East 5th Street, Auburn, was arrested Sunday at 1:51 a.m. by the Garrett Police Department on charges of possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug, a Level 6 felony, and possession or use of a legend drug or precursor, a Level 6 felony.

Delbert Davis, 57, of the 900 block of South Tompkins Street, Shelbyville, was arrested Sunday at 2:22 a.m. by the Garrett Police Department on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated as a Class A and Class C misdemeanor.

Thomas Miller, 57, of the 100 block of East Quincy Street, Garrett, was arrested Sunday at 3:42 a.m. by the Garrett Police Department on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated while having a previous conviction, a Level 6 felony, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated as a Class A and Class C misdemeanor.
