These Waterloo Elementary School fifth-graders received President’s Education Awards for Outstanding Educational Excellence and Outstanding Educational Achievement during the May 16 meeting of the DeKalb Central school board. Students honored, not in the order of the photo, were Eric Barr, Lamar Bigger, Eli Bryant, Allyah Campbell, Tanner Charles, Arien Chester, Ella Diehm, Kenzie Dunn, Kale Keesler, Rashelle McKeever-Lippi, William Roberts, Carter Smith, Patrick Surfus and Kaitlyn Wineland. Not all students were present for the photo.
