Downtown Duesenberg taking shape

The subject of a huge mural in downtown Auburn has become clear — a Duesenberg automobile built by the Auburn Automobile Co. in the 1930s. Artists Dave Schlemmer and Amy Buchs are creating the design on the south side of the Sprinkling Can floral show at Main and 9th streets. The wall overlooks the traditional gathering site for classic cars during the Auburn Cord Duesenberg Festival each Labor Day weekend.
