New Waterloo officers

The Waterloo Town Council met two new officers of the town Tuesday night. Reserve Officer James Boyer, left, has joined the Waterloo Marshal’s Department. He also works for DeKalb County Central Communications. John Williams has been hired as the town’s new code enforcement officer. Williams lives in rural DeKalb County and has retired after 30 years as a Fort Wayne police officer. He will work approximately 20 hours per week at $13.80 per hour.
