Cars and Coffee draws a crowd

Auburn’s first cruise-in of the season drew a large crowd Saturday morning outside the Auburn Cord Duesenberg Automobile Museum. The Cars and Coffee event sprawled beyond its usual limits, in part because organizers increased the spacing between cars for social distancing. The museum’s executive director, Brandon Anderson, said the event showed car enthusiasts were eager to attend events while doing so safely and responsibly. The museum’s future Cars and Coffee events are scheduled for 9-11 a.m. on the third Saturday of each month, June through September.
