Air museum’s moving day

The Hoosier Air Museum’s exhibits moved to Kruse Plaza south of Auburn on Tuesday. A worker prepares to lift a vintage airport control tower from a trailer, while a replica French World War I airplane rests on a trailer behind it. The air museum on C.R. 62 closed in October due to difficulty in finding volunteers and raising money. Nearly all of its collection of vintage aircraft and memorabilia will be displayed in a space on the north end of Kruse Plaza to be known as The Hangar.
